Using CrossLoop for a Support Session with SBITS.Biz

Download and Install Crossloop
Crossloop is a Free Program that allows SBITS.Biz to
View and Remote Control your PC it is 100% free of Malware and Viruses.

After Clicking download Link Download CrossLoop  Select “RUN”

Once the Program is down loaded Click “RUN” again.

The Installation Program will Begin.

Select your Preferred Language
And Click Next To Continue

Hit Accept for the installation Agreement.

Select Next To Continue.

After Complete You will be asked to Run Cross Loop
Please Leave this box Checked and Click Finish.

2. Cross Loop Should start Automatically if not click on the Desktop icon and start it.

You will be asked to Create an Account
If you do not Wish to create a new Account Do not Fill this out.

Click the “I Accept the CrossLoop Terms”
If you enter information hit Register to continue.

If you do not wish to create an account.
Hit the “SKIP” Link in the lower right hand corner.

Once you do that another window will appear similar to below.

Tell SBITS.Biz Technician the Sharing the session the 12-digit Access Code. The Access Code must be accurate for SBITS.Biz to Connect to your Computer.
Click "CONNECT" Once you have told SBITS.Biz your 12 Digit secure Number.

Allow the Connection

Click the YES button to allow SBITS.Biz temporary access to your PC.
Your support session should begin momentarily.

Once the session is Ended You will be asked on Feedback
If you do not wish to respond just close the windows.
